Reader’s Workshop

Hi Guys! Welcome to my blog hope you had a fun week my name is Haimasaishree Muppanani. Today we are talking about Reader’s Workshop. Reader’s workshop is a time where we read a book and then write in a note book about what we read. In class we are talking about a book called Tiger Rising, as you see in the picture it is all the analyzing we did with the book.

 

We also have confrences with the teacher about the books we read and we write thoery charts we then need to write a paragraph of the story.

 

Native American PBL

Hi Guys! Welcome back today I will tell you about my school PBL. And if you’re wondering PBL is it is Project Based Learning. We are learning about Native Americans. We got in groups and wrote slides, I wrote about the Coast Miwok tribe. We also read articles and made rain sticks. We also got some articles as home work.

Hour of Code with Buddies

Hey guys welcome back to my blog, the daisy girl. Today we did hour with our buddies, my buddies name was Abhinav. We had to do coding . for coding i did kodable and my buddy did bee bots, scracth jr., and kodable. while we were coding we got the stranger danger drill were strangers come and we have to fight them it was so fun.

We had a halloween party with our little buddies. We had candy corn challange, play doh monster challenge, 2 tossing challenges, and coloring. we got to do a lot of challenges.

critical literacy

Hi guys i am going to tell you about critical literacy here is a pic. This is what we did so far in critical literacy.  We read stories an we analyze it making a story arc and then doing some theme statements.  Using the theme statements to write essays about the story.

A visit to the park

I went to a park called Mary Gomez park. We got to play with sand and stuff we also got to see goose and run around with them. Me and my brother had also went on the super slippery and super long slide it was the best and it was the 1 of my favorite things there. Moving on here is a picture of me.

 

Tiger jar

This is our tiger jar, when ever the class does good deeds we get a piece of food. If we fill it up we get what ever party or some thing like watching a movie with pj’s and popcorn.
